I was very drunk last night and my best female friend was drunk also. When I took her home, she kissed me passionately and grab my ****. I, of couse, kissed her back but took her hand off my ****. I made out with her for over an hour though. Yeah, you can say I reached 2nd base with her. Do you think what I did is wrong? What do you think I should have done?

You did nothing wrong, because SHE initiated kissing YOU. However, you should both talk about it and discuss what's next. If you can't control yourselves (both of you) when you are drunk, you need to make a decision as to whether you want this to happen again or not and go from there.
