I used to suffer from constant migraines.
I think it was due to posture, stress, and working infront of a PC (eye strain).
I would take a medication called IMIGRAN.
It came in tablet and injection or nasal spray.
I would use the nasal spray, then I would leave work, and in 45 minute after a lie down and LOTs of water I would feel better. And then I would return to work.
The pain would be gone but I would feel 'wrong'.
Kinda dizzy, not stoned...just disconnected the way you might feel after a long afternoon sleep after you have been really tired.
I have since left that job about 6 months ago and I am running my own business and haven't had a migraine since. Although I have had headaches.

If you have daily headaches for an extended period, this is probably not just migraine. Have you been diagnosed by a neurologist? If not, you may need to get an MRI and have an assessment to determine the actual cause. Persistent headaches can be caused by changes in the blood vessels supplying the brain, retention cysts in the sinuses, and various other conditions.

I suffer from migraines, and aspirin or Motrin that is used for regular headaches will not work. Get to a dr, and have him prescribe a migraine medicine..and watch what you are eating...wines will give you migraines, aged cheese will, MSG will, check what you are eating!

Pfizer makes a migraine medication called 'Relpax'. It comes in 20 mg and 40 mg dosage however most doctors start the patients on the 40 mg dose. (They are Eletriptan hydrobromide tablets) Ask your doctor to prescribe them or give you a sample. You will not need to take them everyday-maybe once or twice a week. The effects are long lasting.

Guess we all suffer from this--men and women.
The best thing for it is Motrin or Sudafed.
Something quicker will be PUT camphor chapstick across the forehead--relieves migranes quick
