It happens all over the world. Boys are shy and think that if they tease girls, they will like them.

In india and pakistan this problem is actually originated from the their movies they shown in their movies that when a boy tease a girl then she gets crazy about that guy and they fall in love and so on. And then they idiot boys follow the same thing on the streets and forget that some body else might do the same thing with their sister aswell.
I also put blaim of this to situation on girls as well why do they act crazy when boys do this teasing thing with girls on the streets.
Overall the situation is still not worst there are still lots of guys who condem such act of stupidity and behave like matured guys.
Because love can only be achieved from the depths of the heart not from copying move scenes.
