Does anyone know what this piece of art is called?(as in name)?

I know it's a mosaic...I just don't know the name of the piece of art.

It's a Mosaic. Whether this particular one has a particular name, I cant say, but the writing looks Aramaic to me, like the writing on ancient Hebrew or Islamic temples in the Middle East.
Hope someone can shed some light on it for you.
