its amazing what people choose to remember when someone is doing them a favor. then screw the person who helped them out for personal gain.

Yes, it is wrong to sell it without their consent...
I would say to them....remember that thing you gave to me, if you dont want it back, can I sell it..??....easier to keep the peace and friendship.......good luck

YES. It doesn't belong to the person it was loaned to so therefore it is stealing.
