If you insist on using "Kind regards" then it should be a capital K and lower case r.
The use of kind regards has only become commonplace since email became prevalent and is a very informal way of ending a letter. The correct way to end a more formal letter is either...
"Yours faithfully" if you have addressed the letter Dear Sir or Dear Madam
or....
"Yours sincerely" if you have addressed the letter to an individual person - for example "Dear Mr Brown"

Hi Daniel! Well, what can I say? You're amazing. I got goosebumps reading it. This was my favorite part. "But as I open up the dam gates I let the tears begin to flow. As a perfect reflection cast upon an ocean, All it took was one giant wave and the reflection broke down." Now, I don't know much about writing, as I'm not such a talented person in any way, but I absolutely love reading lyrics and poems and stuff, and I think it's great. It seems like a great way to express yourself and your feelings. I've tried but it all turns to sh*t. Keep it up! =)

Only the K as it has presumably followed a full stop at the end of the message you have written. Therefore it is the first letter of a new sentence or paragraph. Kind regards,

Kind regards
You'd be amazed how many people get extremely p*ssed off when people get it wrong! My boss throws away job applications without looking at them if the cover letter is not signed off correctly.
