This is for the children and the only ones that are being dissapointed are them!! How could anyone with a heart do that? Manufactuers that are selling the new ELMO TMX should not allow more that one per person. Come on, if they are buying more than that, you know what they intend to do with them!!

I agree with the first two, as I have 5 children.

I agree to a point. you cannot limit them to one a piece. They may have more then one child to give the gift to. However the part where they buy them and then make a HUGE profit off of them by jacking up the $ that is uncalled for just like you said! It is called the love of money is the root of all evil. The Bible tells us all that. We are living in bad times full of users and cheaters!

It sucks, but that's life and people do it with everything from real estate to medication to animals.
Why shouldn't the average joe make a little money off of a hot toy...the manufacturers sure as heck are!!

No I do not know what they would be doing with them. One to a customer is not offensive to me. People dont want to sell toys that disappoint kids, they want kids to be happy and buy more toys. They sell to make a profit. They want profits to go up. I know of no single comapy that sells to disappoint

there was one person who came to my store, and bought sixteen of them. also one had bought four. my workers and i knew that they'd put them up onto eBay. we didn't have a limit for what people could buy, so we couldn't do anything.
the next shipment, we'll be putting a limit to two.
i feel sorry for those kids who might not get one this year.

the same thing with those who buy hot-wheels cars, just to sell them.

What about the parents with more than one child? Do they have to pick which one gets the new toy, and which one does without?
