Ok so heres the story--thank you if you actually take the time to read this.. When i was about 11, my knee began to get "charlie horses" not a big deal--doctor said i would grow out of it--well around the age of thirteen my knee(s) began to actually dislocate all the way to the sides and in which case i had to go to the hospital and have them put back in place.. I then got a surgury 3 years later--and am still wearing a brace today because the surgery didnt help...but no problems.. Ok well then this starts... about 3 months ago i began to get really bad cramps in my toes.. to where i could walk and had to "ease" the cramps"charlie horses" out of them... only happened when i was dancing or walking a long distance..last night i was lying on my bed... and my middle rigth toe actually dislocated all the way to the side--it has never done this beofre!! i popped it back in place.. and everything was 100% ok as it was with my knee once i put my joint back in place again/// WHAT IS THIS?

go to see an orthopedist. You need a second opinion.
I have suffered from hip dislocations and know what I'm talking about.
Don't expect us Yahoos on Yahoo.com to answer this type of question. You need medical advice.
For your toe cramps, (I know this sounds crazy but it really does work) put an unwrapped bar of Ivory soap under the sheets near your feet. A nurse told me this years ago and it has never failed me.

Simple answer: 99.9% of us on Y!Answers have no clue.

Go to a doctor, and if he or she doesn't know what's going on, ask for a referral to an orthopaedist (doctor of bones and joints).

The thing with your toe was just a cramp of a muscle, so I wouldn't worry about that. Happens to me too. But the knees - that's definitely something to have checked out.
