I want to exchange dollars for Euros at a bank.

You will get a better exchange rate if you withdraw euro from your checking account via an ATM machine at the airport. All you need is your ATM card with a four digit numerical PIN number. Just check that your bank is affiliated with a worldwide network (CIRRUS, PLUS, etc) and that your card is setup to be used internationally.

Yes - there is a kiosk near every exit where you can exchange for Euros. They're open every day. They're not really 'banks,' as all you can do is exchange money.
