They all wanted the Nazi to go see Izzie but she refused.
Addison asked the Chief for a day off to drink so she got drunk.
Izzie spent the show baking muffins. In the staff meeting Meredith's panties are on the bulletin board but Carla covers for her with the Nazi. Christina tried to do a striptease for Burke when his parents walked in. Burkes mother doesn't seee this relationship going forward. Christaina wants Burkes help with his parents. George is having problems telling Carla how he feel. The Chief apears to be packing up to quit. He caught Carl dancing in her underwear in the basement. They had coffee and talked for a while. Meredith kissed both Derek and Mc Vet. Derek at the end find Addison in a hotel. He is trying to tell her he is sorry but it is over. She thought he was the bell hop. Mark, Mc Steamy walks out of the bathroonm in a towel and comments how this all seems familiar.
Derek leaves the bedroom. EOS.

Well Dr. Montgomery Shepard knows that Derek and Meredith did the dirty deed. She and the Chief had a long talk and she took a few days off so she could drink. Meredith decided that she wanted to date both men. She decided that they would both date her. Izzie was baking like crazy. There were muffins everywhere. The chief found out that Calli was living at the hospital and told her that she'd have to leave. The chief has been living in his office and she called him on that. Dr. Bailey wanted to know who's panties were on the board and Calli said that they were hers. This made George very jealous because he had never seen her in these panties. In the end George and Calli straightened everything out. Dr. Bailey came to talk to Izzie about coming back to the hospital. Derek went to confront Addison at the hotel. They decided that their marriage was over just as he was taking the blame for everything the bathroom door opens and out walks Mark putting a towel around his waist. I think that ABC is re airing it tonight at 7PM. I hope that gets you up to date.
