Im trying to set up my account and ive put in my phone number , my name and E:Mail & password too but every time i click on next i get asked for my username but there is no box to fill in for a username and i dont have one anyway , whats going on ?.

I set up my Dad's BT Broadband last week....when they sent you your modem starter pack, they also sent you a letter with your email address and password on it.
That email address is your username! Don't enter any other email address or it won't work.

actually when they send you modem, they will send you a letter along with it, in which it shows the format of user name. It is normally in [firstname.surename] format. Check the papers and manuals properly.

User name generally means your own name. Anyway, if there is no box to insert it then what is the problem??
