right click an empty part of the desktop, click properties, settings tab/ advanced/ general tab/ change dpi setting to 120%

Right click on blank area of desktop. Select PROPERTIES from the menu there. Click on APPEARANCE and the select font size from the pull down list that appears. You can go LARGE or EXTRA LARGE. Click OK when you like the result.

Go to the menu bar of any open window, click view, click text size, a drop-down menu will appear click any size from largest to smallest according to your taste. Or you could right-click on your desktop, click properties settings and change your VGA settings from there.

ok first right click on your desktop then click properties a window pops up click apperance and look down you will see font size hope this helps.
