I don't think so, because the specimen also lacked spermicide, which would have likely been present if a condom was used...or either he pulled out..... but the wreck last night was far out! Next week someone is getting killed off it looked like from the preview.

Just to clarify things for you, her name is Marg as in Margaret.. And no she wasn't raped it was a set up to get Sam. There wasn't any sperm or spermicide so that rules out rape and the use of a condom.

No, she did a rape kit on herself & it came back negative. Also, the guy who had done it was gay. He was just using her to get to Sam. He set up the scene, took pictures & sent them to her dad trying to make it looked as if she'd been sexually assaulted but she wasn't
