oh, I'm sure there are all sorts of secret pacts all over the world against the USA.. I haven't heard anything about the president of Iran visiting North Korea though.. but some things could be happening behind the scenes.. George Dubya really made us a lot of enemies in the world! :(

Despite being branded as part of the worldwide "axis of evil" I doubt they are aligned too much. They each have different ideologies and even if they had a common enemy, which they don't, it is unlikely they would make any secret pacts.
