It's perfectly fine to wear black boots and red handbag. Though you should be wearing a red top or bottom or stockings or a belt, or even nail polish and lipstick, just to keep the combination from breaking.

Luckily black mixes with any colour. It might look cool too to add red earrings or red necklace to compliment bag. Nothing too over top just subtle staement with a splash of colour to keep it interesting. Anyway you make it your own style. You will only look good if you feel confident wearing it.

only if you have on a red and black top. Meaning a red shirt and black jacket or the other way around u could even wear a black and red top.
