What is the best way for a 14-year-old boy to tell the girl he loves (same age) that he loves and cares for her? When? Where?

frist of all dont let people tell you whether or not youre in love. second, make sure that it is love, if you cant ever go without thinking of her, you see a future with her, etc... then if it really is love just let her know anyway, my boyfriend told me in a note and even that was enough for me to know it was true.

Evaluate the situation. Do you think she loves you? Also, realize if she doesn't it does not mean she doesn't care. And don't be scared to get hurt. You have to pick the when and where to tell her that is in your heart. NO one can give you all the right answers. Just TRUST YOURSELF!

HE SHOULDNT, because he is just that a 14 year old boy, with no job, no education, and no foundation to love anyone other than his parents

if you feel you are in love, then say it, but take your time and no that a lot of people get rejected out their, so it is best to no how that other person feel's about you first.
