BIRTH CONTROL WILL DO IT, BUT IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A BABY AND NOT BE ON CONTRACEPTIVES, CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR AND ASK HIM ABOUT PROVERA. I TAKE IT, IT REGULATES YOU. YOU TAKE IT FOR 10 DAYS, AND WILL HAVE YOUR PERIOD WITHING 2-3 DAYS. THEN YOU TAKE IT ON DAY 15 AFTER YOU START YOUR PERIOD.

PROVERA OR MEDROXYPROGESTERONE

Going on the pill is really the only way to regulate your cycles. If you are currently trying to conceive, you may want to consider charting (read Taking Charge of Your Fertility) to determine when you are ovulating. It will not regulate your cycles, but it will help you to observe patterns in your cycles so that you know when is the best time to plan intercourse for making a baby. Good luck!

Talk to you gynecologist about getting on some birth control pills. That was the only thing that helped me.

Are you very thin? Are you anorexic? If your cycles aren't right, maybe you need to eat more.

Do you eat a lot of sugar or are you overweight? Sometimes high amounts of sugar can mess up a gals cycle. (Check out info on P.C.O.S..polycystic ovary syndrome on the net)

first of all it depends on your age and your marital status. if you are young and married and you are having ir-regular cycles then deffinately you will have problems conceiving.
So, my advice to you is if your cycles is not normal i.e 26-32days it might be 45-60days or more. so first you must keep a proper track of your cycles for another 3-4 months. if then also you see a irregular pattern then go staight to your GYNECOLOGIST without any fail.
