I missed wednesday and yesterday, should I just take 3...do you think I could get pregnant? Im in my 3rd week of pills...help!

I guess I need to tell you, I am 21...I live on my own. Im not a teenager or anything. Im engaged, so its not like Im just sleeping around.

You take the two that you missed asap, then take the last one from the last row of your pack and take it with the pill your going to take the next day. After you've already had the two you missed. Its like two pills one day, two pills the next and then continue with your regular routine.

First, breathe. Second if you haven't had sex in the past 2 days you should be okay. Third, buy a box of condoms. You need to use a secondary form of birth control until you start your next cycle of pills. Because there is a chance you can get pregnant if you have unprotected sex now until you get THRU your period.
And try to relax, stress can delay the onset of your period.
And lastly, don't freak if you start to spot early, your body thinks its time since you missed the pills.
And there is a little package of instructions that come with each birth control pack, it tells you what to do if you miss pills.

What you should do depends on what kind of pill you're taking and when you start your pills. Missing two pills is more of a concern if you're on low dose pills (like Mircette, Alesse, Yaz, Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo, etc.) than if you're on higher dose pills. The best thing to do would be to read the pill packet insert--there should be one in your next packet if you've already thrown this month's away, or you can search for your pill and see if the insert is available on the manufacturer's website. Regardless, you should use backup contraception. Missing two pills can increase your risk of pregnancy (although how much your risk is increased depends on which pill you're on), so you should use a condom or some other barrier method if you have sex. Better safe than sorry.

Continue taking one pill per day and this month you NEED to use condoms too because you are at higher risk of getting pregnant. That is what happened to my brother-in-law's sister (and she is a nurse!). After you get your period, then on the second week of the next month cycle you can feel protected and do away with the condoms. Do all this if you really dont want to get pregnant.

But please talk to your doctor about this bofore you do anything. Also, don't hold back from letting parents and doctor know because you're guilty about missing pills.

Missing even one pill means that you just stopped the birth control from being in your system. If you have sex now you are going to have the same chance at getting pregnant as a women who has never used BC. You have to start all over, which means going to your doctor and telling them what happened.

it is too late for an ovulation in this cyclus, i think you can't get pregnant. the ovulation is in the middle of the cyclus. Don't take the 3 pills at once but every day one of the remaining pills

Don't take 3. It has no impact on what's soever. But use for the remaining cycle additional contraception. I.e. condoms.
Locate your pill next to your toothbrush, make up or whatever you use daily in the morning, so will not forget to take them.
It will soon get into your subconsciousness and becomes your routine.
