How did he do it? What do you mean file your own teeth? Literally take a nail file and scrape you teeth with it? Don't do that for crying out loud!

Girl! Do not try to file your own teeth! There are a lot of nerve endings in your teeth and you don't know how far down they go from the root to the tip of your teeth. You could file right into one of those nerves and you WILL be back in the dentist office paying out your ***!
I thought that teeth whitening was like $200 or $300? I wouldn't say anything if I were you. Just take the discount and be happy w/your pearly whites!

Maybe he used the formula of whitener that you can buy over the counter like the crest type. I would keep track of how long your teeth kept the brightness. If it lasts only 3-4 months then you have your answer. Also my friend had a rough tooth and couldn't afford a dentist so she used a fingernail file. She said that it took awhile but it did the trick. Her tooth was in the front, good luck if it's a molar!

Just because you can bake a homemade pie at home from scratch doesn't mean you can file your own teeth or you can pierce your belly button yourself, what's next -give yourself a heart transplant?
Please people, unless there is no do-it-yourself instructions comes with the product do not try do it at home, whatever that "it" is.
As for the money you paid for teeth whitening, check out your dentist's certificates, if he has them or not cuz $30 is way too cheap for that procedure.

There are a pair issues you're able to do that have labored for me. steer away from dark pops & coffee beverages- the two stain your the teeth. in case you do not prefer to apply the Crest White Strips-- which do artwork... i take advantage of a Listerine Whitening Mouthwash that would not incorporate an identical facet effects (i.e. delicate gums) because of the fact the white strips. be careful no be counted what you do-- the the teeth on your the teeth is superb delicate!

Do you have dental insurance?
This could have been your part of the co-pay.
Otherwise, the cost of whitening teeth is relatively inexpensive...you can buy whitening kits at the drug store for about the same amount.

He was experimenting of course. TYour teeth will either fall out or turn very yellow from the Clorox that was used. Filing your teeth sounds stupid so I guess you are not too concerned about having them

It probably won't last long for 30 dollars you'll have to get it done again in 2 weeks or so.
