While not a perfect Presidency, I don't see it being loaded with failures either. The war in Iraq and the global war on terror and the problems it causes are among the few.
I figure the economy can't be too bad if there are so many of us playing around on Answers while at work. If the economy was that bad we'd all be sitting at home unable to afford a decent broadband connection.

I have no excuses for his failure to get congress to pass tax cuts large enough to match that of the Reagan/post Reagan era of financial success.

Failures? Let's see, falling gas prices. stock market nearin 12,000, strong economy, lower taxes, Saddam Hussein in prison. Democratic elections in Afghanistan and Iraq, Al Qeada severely disabled...
