Good start would be to plan out sessions, and time schedule meetings.

A thorough strategy analysis would be using Finley's DEEPLIST. Going through Demographic, Environment, Economic, Politics, Legal, Information, Social and Technology, that surrounds your business activities. However that'll take more than a day to do.

So a basic one would be to use the SWOT analysis, which is Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of the Company. You could split teams up so that they analysis one section.

Then afterwards you could gather everyone to perform a brainstorm session in how to incorporated what they have analysed. Example would be to think of a strategy to using your strengths, bearing in mind of your weaknesses to take advantage of the opportunities whilst combating the threats.

Hope that helps!

Just send out an email to everyone attending asking them what they would like to be on the agenda and then sit back and wait for the replies- its great getting other people to do the work for you without them knowing about it!
Then just type it all up allocation enough time for each one, put it in a fancy font before emailing it back out to everyone and everyone will think youre fab.
Thats what I do. lol

Start with Heated points first to low fired points last. Its like burning questions first to low level questions last.
