My son was rape at 19yo... he passed out at a party and woke up to a 15yo girl riding him... I can't see him calling the police... he probably would have been the one to go to jail... it's not fair... men normally being the aggressor... makes it hard for society to believe a man could be raped by women... now on the other hand... men do rape other men and boys... my daughter works at a prison... it's a sad situation... you little guys better watch out and not break any laws and end up behind bars... The answer to your ???? rape is illegal not matter what gender!!!

What country do you live in? In the United States (and many other countries), rape is already illegal, regardless of which gender is the victim (or even if both parties are of the same gender). Rape is a brutal act; it is not defined by who perpetrates it, but rather by the breach of individual rights that accompanies it.

In the UK it is still impossible for a woman to be charged with rape because British lawmakers still haven't got that such a thing is possible. It is, and it really sucks that many children are sexually abused by women and it goes unpunished because so many people are stupid enough to think that if a little boy is molested by his big sister he's "lucky".

Rape IS illegal....sounds like you're trying to make a case for not paying child support...Was the child conceived during a one time only sexual contact? Or was it within an ongoing sexual relationship and you didn't want children and are now trying to say it was done during the one time you didn't initiate sex?
