all rows, columns and boxes add to 45!

Try working out which numbers do not go into the box to find the ones that do, sometimes only one number goes sometimes more!

Also do them from the times, Monday - Sunday, they get progressively harder during the week and thus will get you in the swing!

Placing little numbers at the top corner of the box can help. As it can help with the logical thought processes in minimising the possibilities.

Sometimes it's also good to take a break, and then come back to the puzzle, as you've got a fresh new look rather losing focus.

It's good to have a systematic process of checking boxes first before checking rows and columns, starting from 1 - 9. Of course keep going from 1 to 9 whilst boxes are being filled.

Hope that helps!

Follow the rules. 1-9 in a line or box. Use logic to decide where numbers can't go as well as where they can. Practice.

theres only 1 way. Im not gunna give you the lowdown on it cos its a lengthy explanaition & im sure you know it. the only other way would be to be a brilliant mathematician & have an excellent photographic memory. sorry, but thats what makes it difficult & exciting.. tha fact that its not that easy & it challenges your brain to work harder.
