Try using some of the people finder web sites. It would help if you knew his location, but you may still find him with out that. You may have to adjust the URLs of the web sites by taking off the "..." on the end. I will test them, and fix them too.

A search for Thomas on the internet shows he has been translating for a while, have you considered he may have passed away? There are 229 search results on the Family Search site from the LDS site. Many of them can be eliminated as not having P. as a middle initial. Do you have a Birth Date?, Check the Top Site and look through results after you search for him. Do not specify a country, and you will get the most results, then play with the search criteria if you have some hints about Birth and Location.
