Move all the scutty residents to nice areas of town and demolish all of their houses whilst at the same time promising massive inward investment to rebuild the houses afresh for the scutty residents to move back into. Once they've all been relocated, change your mind and sell the land to a private developer to build £750k mansions on, thus leaving the scum of the earth next door to reasonably priced houses and watch the value plummett, then when the area is reduced to a similar state, start the process again - (Promise massive inward investment to regenerate the area - move people out on the promise of a return, change mind, sell land to developer and so on and so forth. They do it all the time in Middlesbrough. It's how our councilors and Mayor (Mr Robo-cop himself) can afford to live in leafy North Yorkshire.

Put up a 50ft Electric Fence all around it and let the scum rot....then when the stench has gone , Bulldoze the lot and Build homes for British people ( not just passports ) .... True Brits...nuff said.
