it crashes when i go somplace, my computer has all the system requirments 2gig ram. 256 ati, and more stuff. ive tried to fix it from ea help but didnt do anything

do you close all background processes and turn off your anti-virus software before you start the game? if not, that can effect the game.
otherwise, you can try reinstalling it, or take it to a professional who will know more about the problem.

most of crashes beqause of the heat of the PC
