Go to C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Local Settings\History. (Replace "User Name" with the login of a user)

This is a history of Internet Explorer of all sites viewed. You can also view this by logging on as the user, starting Internet Explorer, and going to the View menu -> Explorer Bar -> History.

Firefox has a similar history in approximately the same location. Normally, CTRL+H will display it.
