This stuff goes on all the time here, people are just jealous of others and are being petty. It happens to all of us, I'd just get over it and try to have fun anyway. That's what this is supposed to be about! Favoritism does happen a little, but then again, there are people who know each other's question and answer ways, meaning they know what kinds of questions other people are going to ask; I try to be as fair as possible when giving out best answers, but some people can mistake anything anyone else does for playing favorites.

I see favorites played often here, but I decided to just not answer those who do that. Somebody told me, that it's a computer that takes away our questions and answers, depending on the wording. I don't know...that makes just a little bit of sense. That would explain never getting an answer when I challenge it. I think YA is fun, and entertaining, and informative, but there seem to be an awful lot of glitches that need working out.

I have gotten a few violations for very petty, questionable reasons.
A girl asked "Could I be Pregnant?" I went off on her for being such a clueless dolt, and got violated. Was I wrong about her? I don't think so, but it offended her and she reported me.All it takes is a report apparently. No review,no appeal. The violation notice email says that you can appeal, but I personally have never gotten a violation overturned.

I've noticed that too. People seem to have their 'favorites'
While others get violated. Seems to me though that you would have a right to defend yourself?
Write to yahoo answers and ask them.

Not me, I get violations everyday as well because I usually give stupid answers and the people with no sense of humor don't like it.

I have a few violation myself that made no sense. My guess is that they are overwelmed and don't check out the issue, they just respond to any report with a violation.

More than likely the YA Nazis are people with no power in or over their own lives and use this as a form of control. Pay the pathetic ones no mind and do what you do.

I get them to...mine also say no answer given...I think yours would be classified an answer, even it you answered with one word, its an answer...The person you said that to more than likely was the one because the did not like your answer...Just send an email to yahoo and tell them whats up...I do, but i really dont know if they do anything....Hmmm now i have to check on that....
