If I read your question correctly, you are asking what fruit is most popular in the USA. Based on the volumes of various fruit offered by my local grocers, I would say the apple is most popular. I base this on the fact that they have more apples available for sale than any other fruit.
On the other hand, if you are asking which -I- prefer, I'd have to say pears and blueberries, although I enjoy almost all of the fruit I've tried (except avocados!).
