you can download a program to watch tv over the internet. just do a search on free internet tv.
or you can get a tv tuner for your pc which are pretty cheap nowadays.

Your best bet is to buy a TV tuner either external or internal. External is easier if you hate or messing with your computer. I have an external one and works fine. Let me know if need additional info.
