I have never heard that, but if that's true that would be a good thing. Libran's have an inner feeling of neccessity to be fair and equal, if only Librans could run for government this world and nation might have had a chance. But usually the words of truth are concealed by evil, ignorance and selfishness.

I am a Libra, Born Oct 13. I don't think that there are more libras in the world though. I mean if there were then this world would be a better place. We believe in fairness and the greater good for all. This world does not appear to agree with us.

I think so. If Libra's are that cz there born around the month of September, I would say most definitely because that is the result of the amount of lives conceived on or around New Years Eve.
