You will NEVER KNOW !!
Many people have their money under different names, trusts, associations. etc.... This being so, you will never be able to pinpoint all the millionaires.
Many people who have a million in assets do not even consider themselves rich nor do they want to be classified as.
I have money, stock & other investments in the names of my friends for if i die they get it with no legal obligation to go through probate. If they die it is still mine.
A millionaire is labeled that when they have one million in assets above and beyond thier liabilities... This is not difficult to do if you simply purchase things that make you money rather than buy crap for around the house. Something poor people should take a lesson on.
Anyway, like I said, millionaires can keep thier status private so you will really never know.

By law there are 23 in each state except Deleware.
Nobody lives in Deleware.
