The main problem is that is gets very sore when I masturbate ( I do this often). Also it is hard for me to "get lucky" with the women!

Go to a doctor immediately so you can have a clear diagnosis on what it is and how to remove it. Warts can spread so things can get worse really quickly.
Also refrain from having intercourse because you have a chance a spreading the wart to your partner.

The drug will be the same independently where the wart is (hand or penis). Buy and utilize it!
You could find no sore in the sexual intercourse and if you're not lucky with gilrs just try with gay then!

You need to see the doctor.It could be infectious to yourself and harmful.Warts are signs of herpes.You really should see the doctor it could be something seriously bad.
