you will need acetone, razor blade, good window cleaner and a strong stomach

using a rag or brush put the acetone on the tint and using the razor blade gently scrape the tint off

you will need more acetone on the glass to remove the residue from the tint glue and then you will need the window cleaner to clean the glass

you will need plenty of time and a strong stomach as the smell of the window tint glue is pretty strong and not a very good smell

the other way around it is to get someone else to do it at around $100/window

Mix water and rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle(more rubbing alcohol than water). It works really well on dried glue stick, so I would think it would work well on adhesive on a window. Use a blade scraper first to get rid of most of the sticky stuff and then spray this on the window and wipe. Good luck! :)

PS: If you have rear window defrost, watch out that you dont scrape it off.

There are different adhesive removers out there or you can use baby oil. Spread it evenly on the window and let it soak in for an hour then use a scrubby sponge to remove. Wash with soap and water.

get some standard thinners and rub over the residual glue and it will either scrape or wipe off the thinners will break up the glue and should leave your window clean probly need to clean after with some decent window cleaner

i find that if you put a small amount of vinegar onto a cloth and rub it onto the stain it removes the sticky residue, then just clean up with glass cleaner
