The worst villian is Cruella DeVille. LOL anyone who could try to kill 100 dogs..well you get it..or Nicholas Cage..No villian, but the worst actor ever. Hee hee. Worst Boss, is Doctor Kelso on Scrubs. Michael Scott is just 2 funny to be the worst.

TV's worst boss has to be Charlie.....who wants a speakerbox for a boss (i know Charlie was elsewhere, but still it had to suck to never meet him.........i agree with the TV special that Catwomaan was the worst villian.....she was cunning and a step ahead of male villians, not to mention a very powerful female in a still male dominated tv world
