I will put on one of my shirts when its 40 degrees out and 5 minutes later have sweat on it. it does not smell but uncomfortable. why?

Do not be embarrassed of that shyt. Sweating is actually very healthy for you. It just strengthens what you said about yourself being in good shape. Hey...don't sweat it. Degree is a great deodorant that really helps prevent sweating under the arms and that is really the part of the body that smells anyway.

It is natural and good to sweat, it rids the body of waste and keeps u healthy.
Try using Degree deoderant, works better.
You will not sweat as much as u get older, but enjoy the sweat while it is rollin.

I've heard that sweating a lot when working out is a sign of good health. On the other hand, if you are also getting night sweats, please see a doctor immediately. It could be a glandular condition or even a life threatening illness.

Maybe you dont drink water so often.And your dehydrating.Drink alot of fluids it may lessen the sweating and irritating feeling.

Well michael it iz probley cuz it iz hot out side and u are just a warm blooded person

I have always been that way as well. I asked the dr. and was informed it was good circulation. Also, my tempurature is NEVER 98.6, I always run at 99.9. My dad, and sister do as well.
