My son had a boil there (not in his anus but right next to it). I had him soak in warm water 2x a day for about 3 or 4 days. When it formed pus in it, I popped it with a sterilized needle, then put antibiotic cream on it. I also had him stop wearing underwear at night so that the area could "breathe".

Its very important to keep the area clean and also put the antibiotic cream on it atleast 4 times a day.

One other thing that I found soothed him was the "tucks" pads. They are little medicated pads that you can use for hemmoroids. I usually folded one and stuck it in that area when we would have to leave the house.

Good luck!

U said access, do u mean abcess? U need to see a Dr. He may give antibiotics for the infection that caused it, and if it's bad, it may need to be lanced. An abcess can turn into a fistula (a tunnel between two areas).

Sounds like a hemroid.
Beeswax is good for that. And if pain , get u some aloe vera plant and put the plant on it.
After taking a hot shower, use cold shower on rectum area to prevent this.

Please, please, see a doctor! Or go to a local clinic!
It may be nothing? It could be serious? But definitely not normal!
Ease your pain, and your worries by getting a professional. In my state they have to see you in the hospital emergency room, whether you can pay or not. They may refer you to a Dr. for treatment, but at least they'll give you information on what the problem is. Go, Go!!!

When a boil comes in anus, well sounds like you've got the fire underneath your anus to high turn it down to achieve that nice slow simmer.
