actions. people can talk like htey are educated, but what it comes down to is how they behave and what kind of intelligence and common sense they use on a daily basis.

I determine a person's intelligence by both their actions and words.

I can't say I really care how intelligent someone is, but it's usually pretty obvious by the second sentence they say around me. So words, I guess. I determine whether I like them or not by their actions.

I would say words. I think it's easier to determine if someone is intelligent by how they speak. You know they have problems if the say aks instead of ask.

Its the combination of both but yes..most of all i guess i would have to say actions speak louder than words.

No.I judge someone by their kind heart.Some people aren't smart and some people make mistakes,I can't hold it against someone.
