If they are true friends you shouldn't feel insecure about voicing your opinion. Just speak up and let them know. You can do it in a reasonable manner. And there is nothing wrong with that! Confidence in yourself is the key!

Be more assertive. Yell out to them until you get their attention, then when you have their attention, demand that they stop their talking, or screeming and to listen to whatever you have to offer.
