why most latin women wears tight and colourful clothes?

Latin women love colour,it is part of their culture and has been there for hundreds of years. Even religion was not able to curb that wonderful trait.Tight...well if you have nice body and there are eager eyes to see it, why not show of a bit. It is beautiful to watch them dancing or better to dance with.
