The pen will come off with hairspray.. I asked the same Q a while back and was sceptical of this answer, but it worked!
As for the nail polish... no idea.. I would poss try a little accetone free nail polish remover, but in an inconspicuous place first incase it takes out the colour of the chair.

For ink on a pigmented leather then the first thing you should try is an ink stick. The fresher the ink the more chance you have of removing it.
You should also be using a good quality leather protector. This will act like a 'scotchgard' and will make any more mishaps easier to clean off.
If an ink stick doesn't work a solvent based remover will need to be used and it may also remove finish and pigment so is best left to the experts.
Hairspray sometimes works but can also make the matter far worse as it can spread the ink over a bigger area.
Nail varnish remover or any other solvents will remove the finish and pigment which will need replacing.
Baby wipes are about the worst thing you can use on a leather sofa as they break down the finish and will eventually ruin your suite.
If the ink is on an aniline style, there is nothing that will remove it because the ink will have re-dyed the leather. It may dissipate over time with cleaning and protecting.
Nail varnish and felt tips are a different matter. Nail varnish if you are lucky may peel off but this will almost certainly rremove the colour which will then need replacing. If it will not peel off then solvents will have to be used and these will remove the finish and pigment which again will need replacing.
Felt pen is almost certainly permanent and will need colouring over to hide. Do not be tempted by a lot of the DIY kits on the market as these will not give a good colour match and can look worse than the problem is to start with.

Rubbing alcohol will take out the ball point pen without damaging the leather (test a little spot first before doing the entire chair). Put it on a soft cloth and rub gently.
Some people may recommend hairspray, which contains rubbing alcohol, but hairspray contains other chemicals that may damage the leather.
Good luck.

Spray hairspray (approx 2 inches away) on the affected area and rub with a tightly rung out face cloth and it will dissapear before your eyes, I have tried and tested it and it really works.

Banans clean stains off leather, but there are some leather cleaners out, don't use Clorox.
