It's not an answer but an offer of help. I sit outside her house in Kensington often, (I'm a photographer), and she is always very friendly and makes the effort to use my name when she says hi at lunchtimes. She would be 'amused' if nothing else if you emailed me the letter and I printed it out, with this page and gave it to her... It's up to you....

I am so sorry to have to be the one to tell you this but she already has a boyfriend and they according to rumour are getting married. I would stay well clear have you seen her boyfriend very tall and looks like he could handle himself. lol
Now i have taken it for granted you meant marriage proposal I may be wrong it could be something else?

Well, I'd start off with the tax benefits that she could enjoy by being married for starters, as her dependant, she could lower her taxes for supporting you.
