I had an HSG, no blockage. Dr. put me on 50mg of clomid days 3-7. Went in on day 12 for ultrasound. Had 2 follicles, one was 19 and other was 25-31 in size. I was given shot of profasi last friday.. We had intercourse that day, several times on sunday and tuesday.I had some little sharp pains in my lower abdomen, and during intercourse my cervix was very sore feeling. Now it's day 19 any I am wondering when will symptoms start if I am preg? I have been feeling alittle nasea, my lower stomach seems to be alittle bloated and little cramps. Last night I noticed this white creamy lotion looking mucus. I've never noticed it before. There was quite a bit of it. Its not egg like at all. really looks just like lotion. Is this something? My cycles were going 23-24 days until last month, it was 29 days.

If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.
Early signs of Pregnancy:
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom
These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.

Not sure what the white stuff is, I am experiencing it as well right now. Researched quite a bit about when to start feeling preganant and my research indicates that on average most women do not start to see any signs until your period is overdue. I am trying to fall pregnant too and looking every day for signs in hope that I might be. Such an agonising thing for females to go through ( and males to support through). Will keep my eyes posted to your question to find out some answers

By day 19 you can take a pregnancy test with high accuracy. I don't know what the discharge could be.
