having a baby has everything to do with this and how a women feels and how her body feels. Just because she doesnt orgasm like before doesnt mean she cant again alot of things can be the problem one being if she was a noisy in orgasm it could be your baby hearing you so she does it quietly now instead of noisy. It could be her body after having the baby isnt as it was and needs a little extra help in getting her to the point of orgasm. I personally would worry yourself over it hun, just pay more and extra attention on the foreplay and have some fun because if you are worrying about whether or not your going to make her orgasm this time and that is all your thinking about whilst having sex that will effect your preformance with out realising it. so stop worrying have fun and see what happens.

i've had 2 babies, and each time i found i had 2 exercise my pelvic floor muscles, these r the same muscles that u use 2 hold in ur wee, a goo exercise is when she's on the loo get her 2 keep stopping and starting the flow of her wee. u see an improvement after a couple of weeks, if this doesn't work get her 2 see her doctor, she may have scar tissue down there from the birth or from stitches there and sometimes this can be the cause, it's easily corrected.

If its been six yrs since she had an orgasm she should talk to her gynecologist about this one. Seriously!! She/he can offer better advise than anyone in this room could, and you will get a better result from a person with a doctorate degree!!

Don't think having a baby has anything to do with it other than she might be too tired to put all her attention into it now. Or else, you just can't do it for her? Tell her to talk to her gynecologist if she is interested in getting it back, if she is content not to have them, leave it alone. But be supportive.

Is she worried about the child hearing her? Or does she need to tone up her pelvic floor muscles?
Either of these can stop you from reaching orgasm.
