I heard someone tried this but I don't know if it works. Say that there is more that one person insured to drive the vehicle and it could of been either one of you driving the vehicle and you can't remember which one had the vehicle at the time. Then I would think then they would have to prove it was you who was driving.
Or if you want a sure fire way say you were teaching some one to drive and you were giving them a mock piratical test and they were so post to be watching there speed with out any intervention from you. Believe it or not neither got the ticket or any points on either of there licences.
Alternate don't speed where there's a speed camera

Before the ticket is issued think of a good lie to tell the cop and make it believable... This may or may not work... If you already have the ticket you can try fighting it in court but I doubt the judge will side with you.

Just say you don't know who borrowed your car on that day.
That way you can avoid the speeding ticket but get done for obstructing the police. thie fine will be a lot higher but at least you will get out of paying a speeding ticket, which seems to be your aim.
There are many reported way of getting out of the ticket, most seem to be urban legends. Just pay up.

Ask the police for a calibration report for the camera used if it was a police car 9 out of 10 dont bother to calibrate daily if they dont you win with an apology. fixed cameras same question most times they let you off with a warning as they dont want to do all the paperwork concerned with calibration
