I know the shots work but I want to just take the pill. How many milligrams should I take to equal the shot?

If you are deficient in B12 it can be a big factor. Methylcobalamin is a good sub for the shots and is well absorbed by most people.

B12 is very good for the brain, melt the tablet in mouth for quicker results. Take a couple of tablets to equal the shot.
The pill is better than the shot, plus u can take the vitamin pill daily.
It is good for fatigue, and will boost the energy levels in the body.
