I would call it poetry written by Archie Campbell an old time star of the Grand Ole Opry and later a regular on Hee Haw. Archie made a comic career out of interchanging the first sound of words in Nursery Rhymes. My favorite of his is "The Pee Little Thrigs". If you ever hear his performances they really are funny. It gets a good laugh when the Wig Bad Bolf says "I'll buff and I'll puff and I'll ho your blouse down."
