its a really tough choice for me because i watch so many. but i would have to say american beauty.

Hard choice, but, I would have to say...
The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai across the Eigth Deminsion.
Really a corny movie, a cult classic.
But, what caught my eye was the great characters like Reno Nevada, Perfect Tommy, Rawhide, and, the man himself, Buckaroo Banzai. From a writer's POV lots of possibilities. You could write endless stories with these guys. So much potential.
The trouble Perfect Tommy and his youthful infractions could cause the Institute.
Or Reno's mean temper.
Or Rawhide's overprotectiveness of his team.
Jersey's self doubt and genious brains, and lousy fashion sense.
Oh, and Mrs. Johnson's sweet innocents.
And Buckaroo's always out to save the world when he isn't rocking out in some club somewhere!
Gotta check out some of the stories that stemmed from the movie.

American Beauty was an awesome movie, i really liked it but i would have to say, for me its the Matrix. It just blew my mind. Still does. :)
