I could spend the afternoon ironing, there's a massive pile to get through, or put my feet up and watch a film. This is my last day off, i'm working all weeekend and through next week.

don't iron too much. the older you get the more you will begrudge doing it, it will add stress to your life and its just not worth it. seeing as its your last day please do yourself a favour and just put your feet up. go and buy yourself some lovely chocolates, a nice bottle of wine or bubbly and make an extra effort to relax. people just dont properly relax anymore. make it a great afternoon and you will remember it for ages, esp when you are sitting at work next week dying for some time off! treat yourself :)

If you don't want anyone to think you are "Doing Nothing" , Iron a. few pieces. Like the ones you need for work tomorrow. Then, leave something on the board,and fill the iron with water. That way you can say you had to stop to refill the iron. Now you're waiting for the water to heat up. Remember to fill the iron up periodically because the water will evaporate.

hate to say it, but get the ironing done, if you havent got another day off for a while you wont get another chance.
prop the ironing board low and sit on the sofa to do the ironing. you can put a film on at the same time!

Why not do the ironing while watching a film,it makes the ironing less tedious and that way you get to kill two birds with one stone

never mind the ironing get your feet up get your favourite snacks and drink and relax. you can do the ironing later if your like me i record something to watch later then forget about it and end up recording over it lol

if u iron whilst watchin the movie i swear it will go quick and u wont find it much of a chore... thats the way i do ironin... with a good fil or programme and once its finished u will find u have done th ironing...!

First finish the ironing and you have plenty time thereafter .
Maybe spoil yourself with a few drinks as well.
