what do you mean? Have you applied for a job at a nightclub, or have you applied for planning permission to open a nightclub? You need to be clearer to get good answers

No I'm afraid not it is all down to the licensing laws, planning permission etc etc. What you can do though is to hold "special events" like theme evenings for special dinners. You would have to apply for a licence for these. As there will be music involved you also have to have a performing rights license. There is also the matter of fire regulations these are very stringent, and need to be, they take into account the size of the restaurant, how many fire exits and the position of them and they also set the number of people who are legally allowed to be in the building. It's not that easy and when peoples safety is involved it shouldn't be.

I've seen nightclub/restaraunt combos before, though the dancfloor was on a different floor than the eating establishment. I suppose it is possible. On the other hand, if you're just interested in having a bar and serving liquor, plenty of restaraunts do that.

There are quite a few different ways to get a late licence, if you have a restaurant i think you need a certain amount of dancefloor to keep it open late, but its not alot.
